Enrollment applications for the 2021-2022 school year will be accepted from October 1, 2020 - January 31, 2021. Applications will be processed electronically through our SchoolMint website.
Submitting an Application through SchoolMint
1. Log in using your SchoolMint account. If you do not have an account, click Sign Up at the bottom of the screen. Note: Please save your password. The Ad Prima Charter enrollment team does not have the ability to view or change your password.
2. Enter the Parent/Guardian information.
3. Enter the Student information.
4. Confirm the information.
5. Select the campus you would like your child to attend. Note: You may only apply to one campus.
6. Complete the application. Click Next to continue
7. Confirm the application. Click Submit
8. You will receive a notification that your application has been received. The notification will be sent to you based on your notification preferences.

Families will be notified of their lottery results via text message or email through School Mint. The notification will be sent to you based on your notification preferences.
The lottery for the Overbrook Campus will be held on March 3, 2021 at 5:00pm
The lottery for the Mount Airy Campus will be held on March 4, 2021 at 5:00pm

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)
When will I know if my child was selected through the lottery?
Lottery results will be sent by SchoolMint on the evening the lottery takes place to the email address or mobile number(text message) submitted on the application.
If my child was not selected in the lottery what happens?
Students who were not selected in the 2021 lottery will automatically be placed on the waiting list until June 2022.
How will I know if my child is removed from the waitlist and offered admission?
The Parent/Guardian will receive either an email or text via SchoolMint offering your child enrollment. A seat will not be reserved for your child until you accept and a full enrollment packet is completed.
In what circumstances are students selected from the waitlist?
Students are pulled from the waitlist when a seat becomes available due to a student declining an invitation for admission, a student withdrawal or transfer.
If I applied for more than one student, and only one was selected in the lottery, is my second child automatically entitled to admission through the Sibling Preference Policy?
No. If a parent submitted applications for more than one student and only one is selected in the lottery, the parent must apply for sibling preference admission after the student selected in the lottery is fully enrolled. Sibling preference is offered only when a seat is available in the requested grade.
Can I apply for my child again if he/she was not selected during this lottery?
Yes. If a child is not selected in the lottery, his/her name remains on the waitlist until the end of the school year that he/she applied for. However, a parent must apply again for the next school year if the child is not offered admission, as the waitlist expires at the end of the school year.
How long do I have to complete the enrollment packet?
The deadline for the completion of the enrollment packet will be listed on the letter of acceptance. No exceptions or extensions will be given. If the packet is incomplete in any way, the parent/guardian will be notified by the school.
